JetSet Expenses® 2.0 can save you money by keeping track of expenses you incur as you travel. By creating expense reports, you can track expenses, share your expense reports and get reimbursed in a timely manner. You can send your expense reports directly to your company using email or you can upload your expense report online to Google Docs or Dropbox.

JetSet Expenses produces multiple report formats in CSV format that you can easily import into Excel, Numbers and Google Docs. You can analyze your expenses by category for a given trip, or you can itemize each expense based on the date.

You can also keep multiple expense reports available within JetSet. As you travel, you can add expenses to existing reports before submitting them

Existing versions of JetSet included the following features:

•Built-in airline, hotel and rental car databases with one-touch connectivity by telephone or the Web (depending on your device’s capability)

•Customizable payment types including using different credit cards for specific expenses

•Fifteen major expense categories and 100+ sub-expense categories for easily selecting and classifying expenses without typing

•Expense category summaries and itemized details for meals, mileage, entertainment and other expense categories

•Ability to mark expenses as billable to bill a client later

•Ability to mark expenses as reimbursable

•Complete mileage support for business, medical, charity and one mileage rate you define with exact odometer readings

•Support for your iOS international settings (including local currency and date formatting)

This is a winner! Whats with some of you?
When I read some of these reviews, it highlights what a poor system iTunes has for rating software apps. Anyone like me who has traveled a lot knows that you can literally lose thousands of dollars a year by not submitting everything youre owed for business expenses. I bought this app several versions ago and became a beta tester. The author of this app is AWESOME! Extremely responsive. Added many features in the latest version based on input from lots of people. He listens. He actually answers questions and this doesnt always happen in my experience. There are A TON of cool features in this software. I paid for the software in just one trip by doing a better job recording tips and taxi receipts. If you travel on business regularly, this could be the best return you ever got for $10.
Just do my taxes
This was the first app that I paid for and it was worth every penny. Everyone in my office has to keep receipts and track expenses by hand except for me. I showed the app and its upload abilities to google docs to my CFO and he said he hopes all the staff with iPhones buys this app. Take a pic of the receipt and recycle it instead of filing it. This has made my traveling easier to manage.
make my business life easier
For awhile. I am retracting my earlier ranking. I used this for several months and had a lot of expense reports in it. Jetset cant handle the load and crashed constantly. Only way around it was to constantly remove old reports to slim down the list. And I finally just got tired of the look and feel of Jetset. You cant really organize anything. It simply lists your reports In the order you input them. Not even by date! I moved on to Xpense Tracker. Clean, quick, intuitive, flexible organization and doesnt crash. Plus, it doesnt have a stupid splash screen. It lets you get right to work. Ill give this two stars because the devs heart is in the right place. But it deserves a 1 on its design and ease of use.

Excellent, comprehensive app. The addition of the odometer is huge. Easy to use, no crash issues for me. Good job.
Very Happy
I recently updated to v1.2 and love the new features. Had trouble e-mailing report when it was named Feb.09 but after a speedy reply from developer (on a Sunday!) he gave me the work around(apparently Apple has some issues with 2.2.1) and I renamed report so it could be e-mailed. I used to use Expense Plus Pro on my Palm but now this app. is all I need for all my business travels. I truly recommend. Great customer service and support and well worth the money!
